1/10th of One Percent.....
That's the percentage of the Iraqi population that General Casey claims represents the insurgency. According to the CIA World Factbook Iraq has a population of 26,074,906. The math says that the US Administration is claiming that there's only 26,075 insurgents.WTF are we doing there?
